We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or through PayPal. Sales through eBay must be paid through eBay.
Shipping
We ship within two business days of cleared payment and will only ship to the billing addresses, and only to physical locations in the contiguous 48 states. We ship through FedEx and UPS, but can make special arrangements to ship through USPS. We do not ship to PO/APO boxes.
Return/Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges on items that are labeled with an INNETREX warranty. Our warranty starts on the date the item is delivered. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to us within the warranty period. All items not labeled with an INNETREX warranty are sold AS-IS, and not eligible for any refunds.
