Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously.

This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact form, how we use it, and the choices you have. The sections below provide the full legal details.

INNETREX LLC respects your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. This Privacy Policy applies to innetrex.com and related pages we operate (hereinafter, "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, INNETREX LLC collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on usage trends.

INNETREX LLC also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We only disclose such information under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors choose to interact with INNETREX LLC in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we may ask visitors who submit a contact form to provide their name, email address, phone number, and company name, along with the content of their message.

When you submit our contact form, we also collect technical information associated with that submission, including your IP address, browser user agent string, and referring page (if available). We use this information to help prevent spam, investigate abuse, and maintain the security of our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide services, improve our website, and communicate with you about your requests or our services. We do not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate our services, such as with trusted service providers (for example, analytics, hosting, or infrastructure tools), or when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and systems.

Data Location and Infrastructure

Customer information and business data that INNETREX LLC stores or processes on behalf of clients are handled on servers located in the United States.

We may use infrastructure located outside the United States to support or improve our services — for example, network performance, monitoring, or content delivery. Those systems are used only for operational purposes and do not receive, store, or process customer personal information or client business data.

Information you submit through this website (such as our contact form) is processed on U.S.-based systems. Limited technical data related to your visit may be processed by third-party providers described elsewhere in this policy (such as analytics or anti-spam tools), which may operate in other regions under their own privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or take steps to anonymize it, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, browser type, and referring website. Google may process this information on our behalf according to its own privacy policies.

You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at Google's partner sites policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small data files stored on your device — to support basic site functionality and analytics. These may include cookies set by Google Analytics to help us measure traffic and usage patterns. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

You may set your browser to refuse cookies. Some site features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled. By continuing to use our website without changing your cookie settings, you acknowledge our use of cookies as described in this policy.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between your browser and our servers. When you submit our contact form, your name, email, message, and related technical details are sent over that encrypted connection.

To protect our contact form from automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes minimal signals to distinguish humans from bots without requiring traditional CAPTCHAs. For more information, please see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Remote Access Privacy

When providing remote IT support, INNETREX accesses only the systems and data needed to diagnose and resolve the issue you requested. Remote access is performed with your authorization and used for support purposes only.

We do not use remote support sessions for advertising or unrelated profiling. If a support tool offers optional session recording or credential storage, those features are used only when operationally required and handled under the same confidentiality and security expectations described in this policy.

Links to External Sites

Our website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us, such as our client portal (TrexNet), third-party tools, or partner sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy and terms of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Client Portal (TrexNet)

INNETREX provides a client portal called TrexNet for existing clients to manage support requests and access documentation. TrexNet is a separate service with its own data handling and security practices. Client data in TrexNet is stored on servers located in the United States. When you access TrexNet, you are leaving the INNETREX website.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion of certain data we hold about you. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others) may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question about this policy, please use our contact form. We will respond to legitimate requests in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, INNETREX LLC may change its Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. We encourage visitors to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of this site after any change constitutes your acceptance of such change.
