Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
Your old IT equipment still has life in it.
We securely wipe retired computers and servers, refurbish what still works, and put hardware back into service — instead of the landfill.
Three Simple Ideas, Less E-Waste
Businesses upgrade equipment on a regular schedule, and perfectly usable hardware often gets pushed out long before it wears out. R3 is our answer: keep working equipment in circulation, recover value from what is retired, and send as little as possible to the landfill.
Reduce
Fewer devices headed for the dump. We evaluate equipment before it is retired — sometimes a low-cost upgrade or a fresh install is all a machine needs to stay productive for years longer.
Reuse
Refurbished equipment goes back into service — redeployed in your own business, placed with another organization that needs it, or sold at a fraction of the cost of new hardware.
Recycle
When a device truly is at end of life, we break it down and route its components and materials through responsible recycling channels — never the trash.
How the R3 Program Works
From pickup to redeployment, every device follows the same path: secure the data, restore what still works, and recycle only what cannot be saved.
Collect
You drop equipment off with us, or we arrange pickup when you are replacing or retiring hardware.
Destroy the Data
Every storage device is securely wiped or physically destroyed before anything else happens to the machine.
Refurbish & Test
We clean, repair, replace worn parts, reload software, and test each device until it is ready for real work.
Back to Work
Refurbished equipment is redeployed or resold. Anything past its useful life is responsibly recycled.
What We Take, and How Your Data Is Protected
Bring us a single laptop or a full office refresh. Data destruction happens before any device is refurbished, resold, or recycled.
Equipment We Accept
From a single aging laptop to a full office refresh, the R3 program covers the equipment most businesses retire:
- Desktops, laptops, and workstations
- Servers, storage, and rack equipment
- Monitors and displays
- Network gear — routers, switches, wireless access points
- Printers, copiers, and multifunction devices
- POS and kiosk hardware
- Tablets, peripherals, and cabling
Not sure whether we can take something? Contact us with a description or quantity and we will tell you straight.
Secure Data Destruction
Reusing equipment starts with making sure your data does not travel with it. Every drive is handled before a device is refurbished, resold, or recycled:
- Secure wiping: drives are wiped to industry-recognized standards and verified.
- Physical destruction: drives that cannot be reliably wiped are physically destroyed.
- Asset cleanup: asset tags, labels, and identifying marks are removed.
- Documentation: we provide records of what was received and how it was handled.
Your data is our responsibility
We treat retired equipment the same way we treat live systems — with care, discretion, and clear documentation from pickup through refurbishment or recycling.

Refurbished business-class equipment does the same job for less, keeps usable hardware out of the waste stream, and puts pickup through disposal in one trusted place.
- Lower hardware costs — refurbished business-class equipment does the same job for a fraction of the price of new.
- Less e-waste — electronics are among the fastest-growing waste streams, and reuse is the most effective way to slow it down.
- One less thing to manage — pickup, data destruction, refurbishment, and disposal handled by a single US-based team you already trust.
- Equipment that still has years of useful life keeps working instead of being buried.
